Artifacts | Every Act of Making Leaves a Mark - Apr 27 to June 14
We just finished installing an exciting print show at Glassell’s Orton Gallery - woohoo!
Our little blurb says it all:
A living archive of works by nine printmakers from the Glassell Print Studio which reveals the physical evidence of image making that usually remains unseen. Plates, blocks, transparencies, miscellaneous objects and collected materials–together with the resulting prints–all bear and reflect the labors and histories of the artists and illustrate the life cycle of printmaking.
Participating artists are: Pat Doolan, Joe Eldredge, Betsy Evans, Johana Hartjen, Howard Hilliard, Tina Hsu, Rika Imai, Dolores Martinez, and Svetlana Pavlova.
Please join us for the reception on Saturday, May 2nd from 4 to 6 pm.
You are also welcome to stop by between Monday April 27th and June 14th to see the show during gallery hours.
